 Bodysuits: Eligible for both return and exchange within 14 days of delivery.
 Tops / Bras: Eligible for exchange only within 14 days of delivery.
 Bottoms / Underwear: For hygiene reasons, all bottoms, panties, and underwear are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
🛑 General Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must meet the following criteria:
 Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in their original, undamaged condition.
 All original tags, labels, and protective hygiene strips must be fully attached.
 Exchanges are subject to product stock availability.
 We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
📦 Shipping Costs for Returns
 Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will resolve it promptly:

2. Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for a replacement or store credit.
