📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

🇨🇦 Shipping to Canada

We offer a flat rate for standard shipping, as well as calculated carrier options:

 Standard Shipping: $15.00 CAD

 Canada Post & Purolator: Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your exact location and package weight.

 Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

We provide flat rate and weight-based shipping options for our US customers:

 Standard International (0 - 1.5 kg): $19.90 CAD

 Standard International (1.5 kg - 30 kg): $29.90 CAD

 Express International (0 - 1.5 kg): $34.90 CAD

 Canada Post & Purolator: Calculated carrier rates are also available at checkout.

 Estimated Delivery Time: 7-14 business days.

🌍 International Shipping (Rest of the World)

We ship to over 35 countries, including Austria, Australia, UAE, and more:

 Flat Rate International Shipping: $45.00 CAD

 Calculated Shipping: Live carrier rates from Canada Post and Purolator can be selected at checkout.

 Estimated Delivery Time: 10-21 business days.

⚠️ Please Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sauvage is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

📬 How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
